We started CodeReach because too many nonprofits doing genuinely important work are held back by a lack of access to good technology.
Nonprofits and charities are some of the most important organizations in any community. They feed families, house single parents, support people with disabilities, welcome newcomers, and fill gaps that no one else does.
But most of them can't afford a proper website, let alone a custom app or digital system. Meanwhile, the people they serve increasingly find help online first. If a nonprofit isn't easy to find or apply through, the people who need them most often don't reach them.
CodeReach exists to close that gap. We build free websites, apps, and digital tools so that good tech is no longer something only well-funded organizations can access.
No hidden costs, no premium tiers. Every nonprofit we work with gets our full effort at zero cost. That's the whole point.
We don't hand organizations a finished product and disappear. We work through everything together, checking in at every step.
We build what each organization actually needs. Practical tools that get used beat flashy ones that don't.
Every project we take on is chosen because it will meaningfully help an organization serve its community better.
Nonprofits are trusting us with their websites, their data, and their reputation. We take that seriously.
We started in Oakville and we're proud of that. But the problem exists everywhere, and we're building CodeReach to grow across Canada.
CodeReach is founded and run by student developers based in Oakville, Ontario. We started the organization after noticing that local nonprofits doing meaningful work in our community lacked the digital tools to reach the people who needed them most.
We handle all technical work directly - from initial design through to deployment and ongoing support. We're not a team of dozens. We're small, focused, and care about the work.
